The Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Craft Show Committee invites you to apply for participation in the 2013 Mt. Zion Craft Show. This is our 28th annual show. All proceeds of this show benefit church and local women’s and children’s ministries.
Applications from new crafters are reviewed and accepted on a first come basis beginning February 1st. You are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible since certain categories fill up quickly. All crafters must submit a completed application in order to be considered for acceptance into the show. Please carefully review the entry requirements; failure in complying will result in having your application returned to you.
This year the show will be on Friday and Saturday, November 8th and 9th. It will begin at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM on Friday. Saturday’s hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The church will be open Thursday, November 7th, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for set-up. SET-UP MUST BE COMPLETED ON THURSDAY BY 8:00 PM; NO SET-UP IS ALLOWED ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.
We hope that you will be able to join us this year for the Mt. Zion Craft show and look forward to working with you. Any questions should be addressed to the Craft Show committee members listed below or the church office. Your support of the ministry of Mt. Zion is appreciated.
